レゴラスが。美しくも力強い男。この手の見た目によくあるスカした感じもなくて、侠気はあるし泥臭く戦ったりもする。ひとり雪の上を歩く姿とかもとにかく優雅で、仲間の中で彼だけやたら目立ってたような気がした。とにかく美しいのだ。ガンダルフも、フロドを見守る姿や、バルログとの戦いのかっこよさとかが記憶に残る。原作は大筋ぐらいしか憶えていなかったのだが、この映画でボロミアの印象が大きく変わってしまった、というのもあったな。しかしやはりあんなところで終わられると続きが待ち遠しい。原作また読みたくなったのだけど、きっと頭の中に今日見た映画の情景が出てくるんだろうと思う。おれには背景とか建物は違和感なかったし、それはつまり世界を描写する映像がすばらしかったということなのだろう。上映時間の長さは感じられなかったけれど、もうすこし「中つ国」を観ていたかったという気もする。
ごはんも食べられるカフェで軽くサンドイッチとサラダで晩ごはん。ちょっと高かったかな。
